4. Bookings & Payments

  • All prices are listed in the specified currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • Booking confirmations are subject to successful payment and service provider availability.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or revise bookings in case of pricing or service errors, with full customer notification.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by provider (airlines, hotels, etc.). Always review specific terms before booking.
  • GoodluckFare may charge a service fee for processing cancellations or changes.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within the provider’s timeframe.
  • Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

6. Travel Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • All travelers possess valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
  • You comply with airline rules, immigration laws, and health regulations.
  • You adhere to check-in times and baggage rules.

We are not responsible for denied boarding, missed flights, or visa rejections.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance may be offered via third-party providers. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events. GoodluckFare is not responsible for approval, denial, or claims related to third-party insurance services.

8. Third-Party Services

GoodluckFare acts as an intermediary between users and third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). We are not responsible for:

  • The quality or fulfillment of services by third parties
  • Service changes, delays, overbooking, or cancellations
  • Disputes between users and service providers

You agree to comply with all applicable terms set by third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoodluckFare is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses due to delays, cancellations, or disruptions
  • Events beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected booking.

All content on the GoodluckFare Platform—including text, images, logos, software, and trademarks—is owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or app notification. Continued use of our services after such changes means you accept the revised Terms.
